《一千滴眼泪》是一部由吴锦源、陈国华导演，于正制片，朱茵、刘恺威、冯绍峰、李倩、刘丹主演的女性励志情感剧。
该剧主要讲述的是沈心怡在新婚之夜，父亲跳楼自杀，母亲追随父亲而去，新婚丈夫岑凯不愿意承担责任，选择跟她分手。林小优一心想成为舞者，结果在舞蹈比赛中因为担心心怡而摔断了腿，二个失去一切的女孩在面对命运的残酷时，毅然扬起了头，努力地往前走去。尽管生活欺骗了她们，爱情愚弄了她们，但她们相信只要坚持下去明天一定会更好。最后她们凭着自己对生活的热爱、对未来的憧憬，努力工作，终于在跌倒的地方重新爬起来，重新走向社会，找回了人生的自我价值。

2008年的夏天是沈心怡最开心的日子，因为她要结婚了，可是万万没有想到这一切居然是恶梦的开始，其父毫无征兆的跳楼身亡，其母受不了刺激精神失常，就在她最需要帮助的时候，男朋友又移情别恋，温柔善良的心怡三重打击下，瞬间摧毁了对人生的希望。
就在这个时候命运又一次给予了他们的考验，心怡因为一场意外的变故，莫名卷进了金海岸大酒店的豪门恩怨之中，酒店总经理江浩天温柔又多情，可是他靠近她的背后却隐藏着一个深不可测的秘密，这个秘密不但跟死去的父亲有关，也牵扯到整个金海岸大酒店的生存和毁灭。
心怡深爱着浩天，可是必须与之为敌才能振兴家话，还父亲一个清白，浩天也深爱着心怡，在痛苦的选择之后，决定远走西藏，可是当年的秘密远非他们想象的那么简单，一笔意外的财富，一场心计的斗争，令三个父亲都成了罗生门，那么上一代的恩怨究竟是什么呢？心怡能不能再次拥有幸福？大酒店数不尽的阴谋和爱情，还有二十年前那场谋杀秘密伴随着一个个谜底悄然喷发了……
