《风中奇缘》（英文：Sound of the Desert），原名《大漠谣》，是由上海唐人电影制作有限公司投资拍摄，上海尚世影业有限公司联合出品发行的古装电视连续剧，改编自言情作家桐华的长篇小说《大漠谣》。该剧由李国立执导，王莉芝编剧，刘诗诗、彭于晏、胡歌、陈法拉、韩栋、吕梁、秦昊、石小群、田蕊妮、张可颐等主演 。
该剧主要讲述大漠狼女瑾瑜因遭遇政变来到建安，改名莘月后，与南朝将军卫无忌和儒商莫循之间发生的传奇爱情故事。于2014年10月1日起登陆湖南卫视《钻石独播剧场》全国首播。
瑾瑜（刘诗诗饰）原为被狼群抚养的女孩，在大漠中流浪的她被汉人阿爹所救，后随之学习汉族的诗书谋略，与部族的王子们一起长大。瑾瑜梦想着有朝一日能和阿爹回到南朝，可惜边关一场风暴般的政变，阿爹郁郁而终，瑾瑜再度流浪于大漠。
之后，瑾瑜改名为莘月。在大漠中遇见了从建安来的卫无忌（彭于晏饰）和莫循（胡歌饰），在两人与阿爹的影响下，莘月决心踏上建安的土地。来到建安，莘月彷徨窘迫之时一心寻找“小卫”（卫无忌），却先重遇了莫循。莫循温文尔雅、月朗风清，莘月对他情根深种，甚至不惜为此跳入了南朝诡谲难测的政治漩涡之中，无奈莫循因为身有腿疾，不想拖累莘月，只有狠心拒绝；另一方面，英姿勃发的将军卫无忌对莘月一片痴情，一直在莘月身边默默守护。
莫循的多次拒绝让莘月心灰意冷，放弃建安的一切，伤心的莘月欲回到大漠。恰逢卫无忌在边关保家卫国，快马加鞭日夜兼程，多番奔波终将莘月寻回。平时的吵架斗嘴，为这段情埋下了种子。两人在战场上几番出生入死，生死与共，感情逐渐加深，莘月答应要嫁给卫无忌。再次回到建安，莘月面对两个痴心付出的男人心中煎熬，奈何她已经认定：愿得一心人，白头不相离。
最后，在一场战事中，卫无忌受伤中毒。为了成全莘月与卫无忌，莫循不惜以双腿残废的代价以身试毒，最终归隐而去。
