《穿越谜团》是沈严、刘海波执导的都市情感悬疑剧，由张歆艺、袁弘、江珊、孙淳领衔主演。
该剧讲述的是在一桩登山坠崖意外发生后，蓉蓉和马东一起去调查背后谜团的故事。
该剧于2016年3月11日在爱奇艺独播。
沉浸在和男友郝好订婚的幸福之中的蓉蓉突然得知，和自己一起长大、情同兄妹的斯宁去世了。哀伤之余，她发现斯宁的手机竟然在陌生男子马东手中。
为了保护斯宁的母亲宗凤不受伤害，蓉蓉决定调查马东。经过不懈探究，蓉蓉发现一个隐藏多年的真相：原来马东才是宗凤的亲生儿子。
马东和宗凤经历了着纠结和煎熬后，母子终于相认。在蓉蓉和马东探查真相的过程中，两个年轻人不知不觉产生了感情。蓉蓉向郝好道歉，并提出分手；郝好深感被羞辱，屡屡针对马东。
亚玲因无法面对马东，也反对二人在一起。宗凤终于病倒，郝好在最后关头选择了承认错误，并且成功救治了宗凤。真相大白，重建信任的众人继续新的生活，经历风雨的蓉蓉与马东也决心携手一起面对今后的人生。

卫刚、亚玲的女儿。医生。与斯宁是青梅竹马。斯宁意外坠崖去世，她发现斯宁的手机竟然在陌生男子马东手中。为了保护斯宁的母亲宗凤不受伤害，蓉蓉决定调查马东。

东华医院的护工，华北大学肄业。从小生活在社会最底层，遭人陷害导致大学未能毕业，陷入母亲自杀和挚友意外身亡的谜团中，开启了寻找真相的征程。
高 鑫 饰 郝好
毕业于名牌医科大学，是主任宗凤最得意的学生。年轻有为、医术精湛，与蓉蓉有过一段甜蜜的恋情，在尘封的往事被牵出后，两人的情感发生了变化，郝好与情敌马东也展开了针锋相对的较量。
李凤绪 饰 亚玲
蓉蓉的母亲，宗凤的闺蜜，常年居住在疗养院。与丈夫卫刚在闹离婚，因换子事件，亚玲因无法面对马东，所以反对蓉蓉与马东交往。
吕 夏 饰 董岚
东华医院的医务处干事，喜欢郝好，暗地组织护工推销治疗仪。马东的出现，令她处处受阻，她命令虎子必须想办法立即赶走马东。
朱 锐 饰 林琳
一位都市时尚金领，通过自己的努力事业十分成功，因为爸爸住进医院，与男护工马东相识，因为看到马东对她爸爸的悉心照顾，慢慢两个人产生情愫。
